Welcome to AYAZ GDS Training Platform. AYAZ GDS is an independent, privately developed simulation-based training system designed to help users learn and practice Global Distribution System (GDS) commands in a controlled environment.
1. Nature of Service
This platform is strictly for educational, training and demonstration purposes only. It does not provide real airline booking, ticketing or reservation services.
2. Simulated Environment
All outputs — availability, pricing, PNR data, ticket numbers and reports — are artificially generated and do not represent real airline systems.
3. No Real Transactions
Users must not use this platform to perform real-world travel bookings or financial transactions.
4. User Responsibility
Users agree to use the platform only for training, to not misuse or exploit the system, and to not simulate fraudulent real-world transactions.
5. Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. AYAZ GDS is not responsible for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
6. Subscription & Payment
Certain features require paid plans. Payments grant access to training features only and do not guarantee employment, certification or job placement.
7. Refund Policy
All payments are final. Refunds may only be issued for system failure preventing access or duplicate/incorrect payment. See the refund policy.
8. Modification of Service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
AYAZ GDS is not liable for financial loss, misinterpretation of simulated outputs, or decisions made based on training data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, interface design and system logic belong to AYAZ GDS. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. By using AYAZ GDS you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
